April 2023 Release Notes

New features released in Somnoware in addition to the continuous optimization of existing capabilities and performance improvements:

Key Features:

• Progress Notes for study uploads
• Edited template for Device Checkout Progress Notes
• Edited template for Setup Complete Progress Notes

Details:

Progress Notes for study uploads

• Auto-scoring is turned off (disabled) for a device type.
• Device is ‘checked-in’ to upload the study.
• Once the study upload is complete, a Progress Note appears for the study.
• The default template is the same as the Scoring Complete Progress Notes Template.

Note: SDI must be updated to activate this new functionality.

Edited Template for Device Checkout Progress Notes

• The following language has been added to the default template:

“Education was provided about what sleep apnea is, how home sleep apnea testing is used to diagnose sleep apnea, and what treatment options are most commonly used to treat it.”

Edited template for Setup Complete Progress Notes

The ‘Device Number’ field has been added to the Progress Note generation window.
