CPRS Connectivity Issue notification
If your JWT fails validation, Somnoware will be unable to connect with CPRS. This can happen for various reasons, and it's important to address it promptly to ensure a seamless user experience.
Message:
When Somnoware detects a failed JWT validation, a popup message will appear on your screen with the following content:
"Somnoware is unable to connect with CPRS. To reestablish CPRS connectivity, please log out and sign back into Somnoware. We apologize for any inconvenience."
Action:
Log Out: If you encounter this message, try logging out and signing back in will revalidate your JWT, allowing you to regain access to CPRS services.
Stay Logged In: If you choose not to log out immediately, you can dismiss the message. However, please be aware that CPRS services will not function until the JWT validation issue is resolved.
Refresh consults on loading Progress Note Popup
When the Progress Note pop-up pops up, it automatically does a “refresh consults action” to CPRS on the backend. This would ensure the user is always seeing the most up-to-date information while completing their note.
Physician Interpretation Progress Note - Default & Saved Procedure Codes
Somnoware allows users to associate default procedure codes with specific study types during the interpretation action. This ensures that the initial procedure codes are set, but users have the flexibility to customize and save their preferences for future use.
