Auto Logic: Check Pre and Post Data for TLC and DLC
Add logic to check for both pre-Bronchodilator and post-Bronchodilator data.
Spirometry specifically has logic for both pre and post data, however TLC and DLCO just need one or the other. This means that the current Auto Interpretation logic for TLC and DLCO will not work, as they are checking the PRE values only.
If Pre Data Exists, use it.
If Pre Data does not exist, check for Post data, and use it.
If neither exist, do not run logic
Auto Interpretation Changes
- Removal of FEV1/FVC Ratio in restriction severity rule.
- Removal of complex restriction rule.
- Removal of FEV1/FVC POST Ratio rules
