Set-Up PAP Changes
- Mode of Training should be a required field
- Mode of Training set to blank as default
- Disable the Loaner Device checkbox

Custom Report
Studies pending review now has the option to save and generate
- Go to PSM
- Select pending review filter.
- Added option to Save & Generate Report
PAP Setup - Progress Note Template - Complaint of Formatting
- Complete a PAP set up.
- Progress note popup will come.
- Add all the notes and send it to CPRS.
- Corrected the text formatting of notes that is sent to CPRS after PAP Supplies.
Cerner Preliminary Report Flow
- User opens the Physician Study Manager section.
- User selects the PFT menu.
- User chooses the "Pending Interpretation" submenu.
- User locates the specific PFT report that requires interpretation.
- User selects the PFT report to view its details.
- User identifies the need to send a preliminary report.
- User performs a click on the menu (secondary action) icon associated with the PFT report.
- A secondary action menu appears.
- User selects the "Send Preliminary Report to EMR" option from the menu.
- The preliminary report is sent to Cerner via the PSM integration.
- User receives a confirmation or success message indicating that the preliminary report has been sent to the EMR.
PFT Settings Rules Configuration
- User selects Configuration section.
- User selects specific facility for configuration setting.
- User selects preferences for specific facility.
- User opens up PFT Preferences within facility preferences.
- Default rules will be configured against a facility. So all newly created physician will follow this rule if rule is not configured
- All the device types will be listed, and corresponding rules can be configured against each device type (2021 standards or old standards)
- User can select the default rules for a different facility / a different user in that region. This will be set as default rules for the facility.
- All users with View PFT permission in that region will be listed.
- All Facility with PFT enabled will be listed (In the region).
- If 2021 standard is selected, Facilities which has 2021 standard rules will be listed and same case if old standard is selected.
- Use default system facility rules.
- The physician can use only the default rules set by the lab. They won’t be having edit permission. Edit buttons and import rules functionality will be disabled.
- Use customizable facility rules.
- User can edit the default rules and use it. It won’t be updated against facility.
- Use rule set by user as default.
- A facility can strictly force physicians of that facility to use rules set by another physician in same facility. All physicians having view PFT under that region can be listed.
- If customize option is on, physician will have option to import rules.
- Import rules will pop up another window to select a physician or facility.
Last 4 SSN in PFT Listing
- User opens the Physician Study Manager section.
- User selects the PFT menu.
- User chooses the "Pending Interpretation" submenu.
- User locates the specific PFT report that requires interpretation.
- User selects the PFT report to view its details.
- User can see patient’s last four SSN in header.
PFT Search Results
- User opens the Physician Study Manager section.
- User selects the PFT menu.
- User searches for a specific patient in the search bar
- If the search query returns no results: a. The "Clear search" button is provided to allow users to easily clear the search and reset the results. b. The search input field displays an "X" icon that, when clicked, clears the search query. c. The search field is in the "Focus" state, allowing users to quickly add a new search query. d. A message is shown, such as "No results found. Try a different search or filter," along with the "Clear search" button.
- If the search query returns results: a. The search results are displayed in the UI. b. Users can interact with the individual patient results as needed.
- If the user clicks on a different "Submenu" in the sidebar: a. The search query should be filtered by the submenu. b. The UI updates to reflect the new filter selection.
- For submenu search, users have the option to check the "Only in this filter" checkbox. a. When checked, the search will be limited to the selected submenu, narrowing down the search scope. b. When unchecked, the search will encompass all submenus. c. This allows users to perform targeted searches within specific submenus, enhancing search efficiency.
Use Logged in User’s Auto Interpretation Logic for unassigned PFT Interpretation Reports
- User opens the Physician Study Manager section.
- User selects the PFT menu.
- User chooses the "Pending Interpretation" submenu.
- User locates the specific PFT report that requires interpretation.
If this PFT report is unassigned to a specific physician, when the user opens the report, the user’s auto interpretation
