Details

PFT clinic search in Physician Manager

Enabled sleep-related clinic and study filtering/searching in the PFT Module

• Multi-selector for clinic dropdown to better filter studies
• Sort is retained on Patient and Study Type in the table

Fixed “clearing out” of planned section in home oxygen evaluation

Fixed issue where the planned section was “clearing out” when modifications were made to the evaluation

• As opposed to the entire plan text being reset when changes are made in the evaluation, only the middle section will be reset.
• The highlighted portion in red (below) will be reset; all other text will persist with evaluation changes.

Added stat icon to Send to Dropship in Study Manager

• When a study is marked as 'Stat' and Sent to Dropship, the Study Manager Sent to Dropship filter in 'Dropship facility’ displays stat icon next to the study.
• On hover over, the stat reason (Description) and initiator is displayed.

Diagnosis not pulling over to CPRS

The diagnosis and procedure codes selected in the create progress note popup gets listed along with notes that are sent to CPRS.

HST checkout progress note template - group appointment sub-selection

After an HST checkout encounter, in the progress notes, added a sub-selection option when selecting the group appointment to specify the size of the group (2 - 4 and more than 5 ). 2 - 4 is selected by default.

Interpretation report standardization - WatchPAT - ODI 4% and ODI 3%

3% and 4% ODI values are captured and stored in the database. Users can use the following macros to display it in the interpretation report.

HST setup & HST check-in/upload progress note diagnosis code

For checkout and check-in (study upload) encounters, the default diagnosis code selected will be G47.30 Sleep apnea, unspecified. Users will still have an option to select other diagnosis codes if needed.

Included names of secondary providers / techs in progress notes

While creating progress notes, an option to capture secondary encounter providers has been added.

Added sort functionality in the cancelled filter under CPRS uploads

In Study Manager, a sort functionality has been added in the cancelled filter under CPRS Uploads. The records can be sorted by cancelled date in ascending or descending order.

Send to Dropship - Mark as STAT and assign interpreting provider to study

• While sending to Dropship, the patient can be marked as STAT, and an interpreting physician can be assigned.
• The user in the dropship location can view the STAT indication and the reason.
• Send to Dropship action can be initiated from Patient Profile, Study Manager, and HST Scheduler.

More font sizes in Physician Preference

Implemented additional font size options in the physician preference custom builder.

1. Navigate to the “Physician Preference” section and select the “Custom Report” tab.
2. Highlight the section you want to edit.
3. Click on the “Size” dropdown in the header component.
4. Choose the desired font size and save the form.

Change study type in Study Manager and Physician Manager for Nox A1s AST studies

• The option to change the study type is available from Study Manager and Physician Manager under the Pend Scoring filter for studies with a status of Ready to Score and Master Score Required. This option is only applicable to Nox A1s AST studies.

• User can click “Change Study Type” under the secondary option in Study Manager and Physician Manager.
• Select the new study type to which the study needs to be changed, enter a reason for the change, and click on save to receive the “Study Type/code Updated” message.

MFA settings update

• An option under MFA settings now allows users to enable verification at every login.
• Once the “Every login“ option is selected, the users will get a prompt to validate their login with 2-step verification, either with email or SMS code.
