VA CPRS Uploads - Cancelled filter export

• Fixed minor UI issues
  • Showing the user who cancelled the note in the 'Cancelled by' column.
  • On changing date range, notes are listed based on cancelled date.

Configure Web scorer workflow with SDI

Users can now enable web scorer workflow from the region setting.

To enable the Web Scorer Workflow at a facility level, follow these steps:

1. From the Home Page, click on the Configuration tab.
2. Click on the Facilities tab, then select the facility you want.
3. Go to the Features tab.
4. Scroll down to the Web Score Workflow section and click Edit.
5. Click on Enable Web Scorer and then click Save.

Note: This option is available to support users, but the functionality will only be enabled once the Sleepware plugin is integrated.

Configure SDI AST workflow

Users can now enable SDI AST workflow from facility settings.

To enable SDI AST workflow at a facility level, follow these steps:

1. From the Home Page, click on the Configuration tab.
2. Click on the Facilities tab, then select the facility you want.
3. Scroll down to the Equipped With section.
4. Click on SDI AST.
   
   

Option to add a patient tag from the region.

We can add a patient tag from the region settings.

To enable the Web Scorer Workflow at a facility level, follow these steps:

1. From the Home Page, click on the Configuration tab.
2. Go to the Features tab.
3. Scroll down to the Patient Tags section and click Edit.
4. Click on Add new tag and enter the new tag name in Tag label field. 

• If the "Allow to be added" and "Allow to be removed" options are checked, the patient tag is considered generic, which can be removed from the application by users.
• If either one of the options is checked, or if neither option is checked, the tags are considered system tags.

Cleanup Job for Studies in PSG Backup

The maximum number of days temporary files are retained, is set to 30 days.

The maximum number of days backup files are retained, is set to 90 days.

Cleanup operations are performed, set to 24 hours.

Note: This is configured on the view psg servers.

Added preliminary diagnosis code to second page of progress notes

• Added option to select preliminary diagnosis codes from the second page of progress notes.
• Added codes are displayed in the progress notes.

Add Study Sent Status to the Assign Order popup window

• Displays order status in
  • Assign Order Popup Window in PSM and SM.
  • Patient Profile- > Appointments and order tab → View Order Details.

VA Home Oxygen Return to Clinic Integration

Changes made to allow Return to Clinic Orders when filling out a Home Oxygen Order.

1. After selecting the Return to Clinic Option, an additional Modal screen will be displayed to collect information for the Order.
   2. Fill out the appropriate information for the RTC Order to send across to CPRS.
   

VA PFT Auto Interpretation Logic Change - DLCO 2019 ruleset

Changes were made to the DLCO Logic for PFT Auto Interpretation Logic for old ruleset in green.

VA PFT Auto Interpretation Logic Change -TLC Bounding Issue

Changes were made to the TLC Logic for PFT Auto Interpretation Logic due to a bounding issue for both rulesets.

 

VA PFT Failed Upload Tag move to failed bucket

Changes made for when a PFT Report has a failed upload.

Currently Failed Upload Tag would be applied to a report, however it would remain in the Completed bucket.

Now the Failed Upload Report will show in the EMR Sync Failure bucket and need to be resent.

VA PFT Finalized Signature showing in UTC instead of local time

Changes made to the physician signature applied to the PFT Report upon Finalized/Signing.

Currently the signature was applying UTC time to the signed report.

Now the signature will apply the correct time zone the provider is signing the report from.

VA PFT Finalized Signature not showing Fellow in Report

Changes made to the report signature applied to the PFT Report upon Finalized/Signing.

Currently the signature was not applying the Fellow signature to the signed report.

Now the signature for the Fellow will also be applied to the signed report.

VA PFT CPT Code Prioritization and automatic modifiers

Changes made to the CPT Code List for prioritizing the most five most recently used CPT Codes at the top.

Additionally, the modifiers for the providers - 26, and the technicians - TC will be automatically applied to the CPT Code.

VA PFT Telespirometry and IFC Changes

Changes made to allow workflow to easily apply Telespirometry and IFC Workflow for PFTs.

Clinic Configuration

1. Clinic Settings configuration added to allow IFC and Telespirometry workflow at the clinic.
2. For Telespirometry, the workflow setting must be enabled at the main clinic site.
3. For IFC, the workflow setting must be enabled at both clinic sites.

                 

PFT Report Buckets

1. Secondary Actions have been added against the PFT Reports to allow converting the PFT into an IFC note or Telespirometry Note.
2. Triple Dot Option will have Include IFC Note and Include Telespirometry Note.
3. This will automatically open up the progress note module and automatically fill the CPT codes.

                     

Status Buckets

1. Status buckets were added in PFT for Telespirometry and IFC PFT Reports. Note that these buckets are for the status of the progress/encounter note associated with the report, not the status of the report itself.
2. Pending, Complete, Failed, Cancelled will be the different statuses for how the Telespirometry/IFC progress note associated with the PFT Report was sent across.
3. If the provider cancels or Xs out of the progress note after finalizing the PFT, the note will go into Pending.
   a. From the Pending bucket, the user can Create Progress Note (Reopens full progress note modal) and Cancel Progress Note (Puts in Cancel Bucket and converts Report to standard).
4. If the note is successfully sent, the note will go into Complete.
5. If the note is unsuccessfully sent, the note will go into Failed.
   a. From the Failed bucket, the user can Retry Progress Note (Reopens full progress note modal), Resend Progress Note (Reopens Signature Modal), and Cancel Progress Note (Puts in Cancel Bucket and converts Report to standard).
6. If the note itself is selected to be cancelled via options in the bucket, the note will go into Cancelled.
   a. From the Cancelled bucket, the user can Revert Progress Note (Puts in Pending Bucket and converts Report to specific type)..
7. Additionally, the report status will change depending on the type of Report.
   a. Telespirometry and IFC will be appended to the report status if that is applicable.

                             

Progress Notes

1. Progress Note was designed for Telespirometry and IFC Workflows to show up after Provider has signed Interpretation for PFT Report.
2. User will have current clinic preselected, will select IFC Consult if required, select progress note title, optional diagnoses, and select procedures.
3. Procedures should autofill for standard PFT functionality with appropriate CPT code and Modifier. This does not work currently for Methacholine Challenge.

Hide physician Interpretation preference

• This feature has to be turned on manually by customer support by changing ‘PhysicianEditInterpTemplateFeature' flag in tbl_facilityaddons to '1’ for region .
• User would be able to access impressions and recommendations section only if they don't have 'Edit Interp Preferences' permission.
  
• Only impressions and recommendation sections are enabled if users doesn't have 'Edit Interp Preferences' permission.
  
• User won't be able to make any changes in custom report if they don’t have ‘Edit Interp Preferences' permission. 'Enable custom report’ toggle button, Save and Clear button will be disabled.
  

Add SSN to Adherence Progress Note

• Added SSN to adherence progress note window.

           

Hide Appointments dropdown option based on Study Type

1. For Interpretation Encounter, If it is HST study type, appointments dropdown are hidden.
2. But on clicking a toggle button, it is visible.

         

         

Sent to dropship log

• Added a new menu “Sent to Dropship log“ Under the report section → Study Reports.
• This lists out all the studied that have been sent to dropship location based on filter condition.

Consult Scheduler Filter

In consult scheduler, added a dropdown to filter based on order types.

See Progress Notes (&resend them) from within Patient Profile

• In the patient profile- under Appointment & Orders Tab, added a new section for listing out all the progress note sent against that patient.
• User would be able to perform Resend, Retry, or Cancel actions from this.

New Impression Statement Based on Alternate AHI Value

We have added an additional Impression statement in Physician Preferences, based on the Alternate AHI value captured in Somnoware.

1. In the “Parameters” tab, logic has been added for the Alternate AHI value.
   
2. In the “Impression” section under the Report Builder tab, new statements have been included based on the Alternate AHI value.
